Our physicians and nurse practitioners provide a wide variety of pediatric care ranging from the newborn to the college physical. The office is prepared for routine sick visits, and more urgent problems such as lacerations, trauma, and asthma. Chronic issues such as behavioral and school problems and eating disorders can be handled in collaboration with other specialists. The practice serves as the medical home for many area camps, schools, daycare facilities, and residential group homes. Our nursing and medical assistant personnel perform tasks such as telephone triage, handling patient questions, doing hearing and vision screening; obtaining vital signs and administering vaccinations. The administrative staff is available from 9AM - 4:30PM Monday - Friday to book routine and urgent appointments, make referrals to specialists, and handle billing claims and questions. Our office, led by office manager, Diane Alie, is committed to making your experience with us as pleasant as possible. We welcome constructive feedback about how we are doing and routinely conduct satisfaction surveys to improve our practice. Our greatest asset is our personable staff. Our front desk staff is helpful and pleasant. Parents gain a sense of calm and control with our nurses’ caring and knowledgeable advice. Our nurse practitioners and board certified pediatricians have the expertise to help children weather through illness and help parents navigate through their children’s development from infancy to adolescence. Local resources are available to provide convenient and efficient care to our children – local laboratory and imaging, inpatient and outpatient medical services at nearby community hospitals, and subspecialists in the area for consultation. Our pediatricians also enjoy close ties with tertiary care centers in Boston where children can receive top notch pediatric care.
