Grace Clancy PNP, BC
Grace Clancy, PNP, BC, began her nursing career as a staff nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital in July of 1977. By 1980, she had transferred to the Neonatal ICU where her pediatric career began. In 1984, after completing the graduate Nursing Program at Boston University as a Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist, she was a Maternal Child Health Educator at Lawrence General Hospital. This was followed by a job as a Parent Child Clinical Specialist at Elliot Hospital before returning to MGH as a Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. In this role, she provided education, consultation and clinical support to all areas caring for children with a concentration in the neonatal ICU. She was instrumental in establishing the newborn and lactation services for the MGH obstetrical program. Grace has been a certified Lactation Consultant since 1992.
Grace has been a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Andover Pediatrics since 1996 after completing a post graduate certificate program at the MGH Institute of Health Professions. She continues to provide lactation consultation in office visits as well as telephone support. Additionally, she is an Adjunct Faculty member of the MGH Institute of Health Professions and provides clinical support and education for graduate students.
Ms Clancy lives in Andover with her husband, George, and son, Colin.
